MegaLog just reflects the status of shops on SASSIE. If you click the Details link in the MegaLog listing, you will be taken to your SASSIE shop log. If the shop is in New or Incomplete status on SASSIE, it will show as incomplete in MegaLog. If you have questions about its status, you should address them to the scheduler, who you can reach by clicking the Help/Contact link under the shop in MegaLog.
