To set up SlingMe, follow these steps:

1. Click the SlingMe link on the Command Central page (orTools -> SlingMe).
2. If you want to receive text messages, enter your phone number and provider information under SlingMe Text Messaging, and specify how often you want to receive text messages.
3. If you want to receive email shop notifications, select an email address from the drop-down menu under SlingMe Email Notifications and specify how often you want to receive emails.  
4. To select which shops you want to get notified about, check the appropriate checkboxes under Which Targets to Sling.  If you click the Email checkbox next to the Near Home target, for example, you will get email notifications of every new shop that matches your Near Home target.  
5. Click Save to save your settings.
