The MegaLog preview numbers on Command Central use a different date range than the shops on the MegaLog page.  The shop counts on Command Central are for all shops in the current calendar year.  The counts on the MegaLog list view are for all shops for the rest of the year, beginning with the current month.  You can use the date selectors in the List view to see more months, if you want, but the default is to just show shops from the current month forward
