That website belongs to the company that is offering the job.  JobSlinger hosts job postings from hundreds of different companies. When you click on a JobSlinger listing, you are taken to the website of the company that posted the job.  Once you are on the posting company's website, you will need to log on if you want to apply for the job -- and to do that, of course, you will need to register for an account (a one-time process -- in the future, you can simply log onto that company's website to apply for shops).  It is up to the scheduler of that company to approve your application and assign you to the job.
