I'm not seeing all my SASSIE accounts

If you're not seeing all your SASSIE accounts on the Connections page (for JobSlinger) or the SASS-Master page (for JobSlinger Plus), try rescanning to check for additional accounts.  To rescan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Connections page (Tools -> Connections) on JobSlinger or the SASS-Master page (Tools -> SASS-Master) on JobSlinger Plus.
  2. Click the Rescan for SASSIE Accounts button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Wait five minutes for the rescan to complete.
  4. Type Control-R to refresh the screen and display any new accounts that were discovered in the rescan.

If you still don't see your account after rescanning, this is probably because you're using a different email address for some of your SASSIE accounts.  In order for JobSlinger to find your SASSIE accounts, you must add and verify all email addresses that you are using on SASSIE.
