I'm getting an IC Pro error that says "Tax ID type is not correct -- please change and try again."

This message means that you have entered the incorrect tax ID type on the IC Pro page (that is, you entered SSN when your number is an EIN, or you entered EIN when your number is an SSN). To correct this, click the Change link next to the tax ID in the W-9 section of the IC Pro page. Re-enter the tax ID, select the correct type and click Change.
