I'm getting security/certificate errors trying to access this site

You're seeing this error message because your web browser is caching outdated security information for our site.  We recently migrated our servers to new hardware, and our security certificates were updated to match the new systems.  Unfortunately, some browsers cache expired certificate information (most notably Internet Explorer), and so when you reach the site, your browser's  cached certificate information doesn't match and you get an error message.  If you read the message carefully, it should give you the option to proceed.

If you are using a currently supported version of IE, you should be able to resolve the problem permanently with the following steps:

1.  Go to settings (the gear icon on the toolbar) and select Internet Options

2.  Click on the Content tab

3.  In the Certificates section, click the Clear SSL Slate button.

If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest contacting Microsoft for Internet Explorer support or using a browser such as Chrome or Firefox that does not cache SSL certificate data.
