Many mystery shopping companies that post on JobSlinger have ratings systems.   Each company has its own criteria for assigning shopper ratings, so they can all be a little different, but they all assign ratings once you've completed a job for them. This means that, in order to establish a rating, you will  have to do one or two shops that don't require rating. These are usually fairly basic shops (although not always -- sometimes they're just hard to fill). Once you do one of these jobs, you'll have a rating with that company.
